The village houses many BPL and poor HH, who do not have often access to agriculture and are so remotely rule that the commuting to cities for work is also very difficult for the residents of the village. The people, and generally women are in desperate need for work and so this village along with some more villages in scraggy proximity like Mausampur were chosen for conducting the training and subsequent placement.
